The NFL has long been under fire for its lack of diversity at the head coaching position. And from the looks of this year’s head coaching cycle so far, that won’t be changing anytime soon.
On Thursday, multiple reports indicated that Green Bay OC Nathaniel Hackett, who is white, is set to become the next head coach of the Denver Broncos.
During today’s episode of First Take, ESPN figurehead Stephen A. Smith said this hire was “sickening” and “insulting” to see as a Black man.
The Broncos moved past Eric Bieniemy as a head coaching option earlier this week. Smith argued that Chiefs OC, who is Black, has a better resume than Hackett.

The question that needs to be asked is how many of the NFL head coaches identify as Black.

Liberals can’t fix this without lowering quality. Not that they care, but that’s the fact. Job one in the NFL is winning, that’s why there are some criminals on the field, they are great players. If there were top-flight black coaches available they would be working. No owner is going to pass up the best to hire a white coach.
What about Antonio Brown? I heard he’s available. Why wasn’t he interviewed? It’s because of racism that he wasn’t interviewed! Or possibly because of global warming.
By the way, the NFL is completely dead to me. I accidently saw a few seconds of three games recently. The first was a Eagles game a couple weeks ago. I used to be an Eagles fan so I thought I'd watch just long enough to see the score. It took all of a few seconds to see "Black Lives Matter" on the back of some Eagle's player's helmet. Channel changed immediately, I didn't even wait to see the score. Then another game it took a few seconds to see written in the end zone something about advancing social justice. Channel changed immediately. I could go on, but I won't. Let's just say that every time I see an NFL game they are pushing Marxist drivel and I change the channel. I'll have none of it.

Unless a team hires a black coach, Smith throws a hissy fit. Its never about merit with him. Race is all that matters.

Problem is..Rodgers is VERY expensive.
Green Bay is gonna have to let Rodgers and Adams go or they are going to have to take less for GB survive the salary cap.
Or..GB will have to get rid of a bunch of supporting players.
Aint gonna happen. Rodgers and Adams are gone..like you said.
Get them out, get a couple real good offensive linemen and a couple good fast defensive linemen. Get the QB coach to really work on the backup QB.
