Supposedly the precious metals are not that easy to extract. It requires a person with know how to actual perform that function. Most thieves are looking for a person to sell it to since they do not know how to retrieve the precious metals.

Saves the taxpayer the cost of a trial and incarceration.
Diehl received a $50,000 secured bond and was booked into the Nash County Detention Facility.
Diehl has since made bond and been released.
Wonder how long he lived while realizing he f’d up, he really F’d up this time...

If there was any justice the brunt of weight would have been on his chest such that he couldn’t call for help. Then either said weight prevented adequate breathing and/or he froze to death. All this over a couple of hours. I DESPISE THIEVES!
