I’m making no judgement about the merits of the lawsuit but I will say that “Patrol Sgt. Christian Handley” was too stupid to be allowed a badge anyway.

Your sentence contradicts itself. You say you make no judgements, but then you say the alleged "racist" was too stupid to have a badge anyway.

Sure sounds like judgement to me, and based solely upon an article, as far as I can tell, in which you have no clue if it is accurate or perhaps agenda driven.

Just saying. You can't cover both sides of the coin in your attempt to project impartiality.

Handley is a thug with a badge and you’re right that the prick needs to be fired and have his certification revoked.

https://acopp.org/sheriff-omalley-must-go/

“Aaron Gallegos and Christian Handley interrogated and threatened the rape victim with criminal charges for supposedly falsely reporting the rape. Both officers cited the victim’s sexual identity in their reasoning for why they thought the report was false. The federal judge assigned to the case said that Sergeant Handley didn’t appear to understand consent, and that Sheriff O’Malley signed off on his deputies’ decision to interrogate and violate the rights of a rape victim.”

So Handley violated a victim’s rights and what happens to him? He gets promoted.

That speaks volumes about the state of policing in America.
