Alleged "racist" is the deputy. On what are you basing your opinion that he is stupid, or for that matter even guilty of what is being alleged, that qualifies him as unworthy of being in possession of a badge?

Note, I am not saying you are wrong or right, just that your sentence contradicts itself. As I said it appears as if you are attempting to portray yourself as being neutral. Yet you go on to state your opinion about the subject of the article, the deputy. Thus you lost all credibility of being neutral.
