Norway is a perfect case study in how EV markets could work, and how limited they seem to be. The entire country has a population about 30% smaller than the population of New York City, and almost one-third of all Norwegians live in the Oslo metropolitan area.

That simply doesn’t translate to a North American model very well at all.

So...
Oslo’s metropolitan area, also referred to as Greater Oslo region, which extends beyond the city boundaries, has an estimated population of 1,300,000 citizens. In the entire Oslo Fjord Region there is a total population of about 1.7 million.

And...
The Salt Lake City metropolitan area has ~1.24 million.

Therefore SLC is the location for EV sales.
PS New York is doomed, no hope and Cali too.
