Divisional Round Picks (the killer “B’s” (and a “P”))
- Bills (Issue is the Chiefs’ defense won’t hold back Bills offense AS LONG AS Allen stays healthy by not running too much and sliding.)
- Bengals (Could be a close one.)
- Bucs (Bucs’ defense should stop the Rams’ offense)
- Packers (Injuries from last game to key players could upend Niners’ upset hopes.)
Super Bowl Picks (since the Cowboys are gone)
- Bills over the Bucs
But to get specific, I honest-to-Gawd have no idea how any of these four are going to go, and would not be surprised by any of the outcomes of any of the match-ups. So..... away we go!
Bengals @ Titans, Sat 3:30 PM. There have been many rushing to crown Joe Burrow as the latest Montana / Favre / Manning etc this season. Then he would turn around and have a terrible week. Last week against the Raiders he did not have a great game but he had a game good enough for the Bengals to win. Now the Titans... at Nashville. After a week off. With Derrick Henry returning. And the Titans D is a lot stronger than Oakland's. And did you know that the Titans have beaten four of the remaining eight teams in the field? Hey, I'm no big Ryan Tannenhill fan but he did lead the Titans to the Number 1 seed after losing Henry in Week 8. So... TITANS.
49ers @ Packers, Sat 7:15 PM The Packers lost badly to the Niners in the NFC Championship game (in San Fran) just two years ago. The SF Defense was just overwhelming in that game. Now the Packers get them at Lambeau. It is forecast to be right around 0 degrees F at game time. Aaron Rodgers has thrown four INTs the entire season (after two in the opening game against New Orleans) in what should be an almost unanimous MVP season. Whereas the Niners are relying on Jimmy banged-up Garropolo. Gotta go with the home team and the better QB. PACKERS.
Rams @ Buccaneers, Sun 2:00 PM Can you put your faith in Matthew Stafford?! He's been the definition of inconsistency this season and just lost a game to the Niners two weeks ago where the Rams blew a seventeen point lead. But they do have the names on defense in Aaron Donald and Von Miller. On the other side, we have The Greatest of All-Time, Tom Brady. Can he somehow carry his Bucs teammates to win on the road against LA? I can't bet against him... but we're not betting here are we?! Against all emotions but with all logic... RAMS.
Bills @ Chiefs, Sun 5:30 PM. Lots of people jumping on the Bills bandwagon after they demolished the Pats last week. And their reward is a trip to KC to play a team that has gone to the big game twice in a row (okay, they lost to the Bucs last year but...). I would love to see Josh Allen and the Bills knock off the Chiefs, but after a monster game like last week it's more the norm for a player to return to mediocrity, than to match it again or surpass it. And Mahomes and Company have been pretty impressive the last eight weeks or so, looking like the Mahomes and Chiefs of 2020, or 2019. So no, I'm not ready to declare that Josh Allen, along with Joe Burrow, has arrived as the new elite of the NFL. He'll get better, and will learn from this loss. CHIEFS.
Good Luck Everyone and have a great weekend!

Rams @ Buccaneers - Rams

No sense in watching football anymore.
It's the Cowboys GM that's at fault.
Titans
49ers
Bucs

We all decided ostracism was the only way we could save you, then we all realized we liked brie cheese and after farting a bit we retired.
It's not like we tried or something, it's just that we love you nevertheless. Have a good night and drive safe.

Watch out for the three killer “B’s” and the “P” that may become an “N”.
The three killer “B’s”:
- Bengals (actually, more of a moderate “B”)
- Bucs
- Bills
- Packers, watch out for the Niners who now appear to be healthy and ready to rock ‘n roll.
Excuse me I meant
Bengals
Packers
BUCS
Bills
Ah yes, you got the three killer B’s too.
I think Impy and I are the only ones with the three “B’s” and a “P”
Correction, I think there were a couple others but I think they came in after Wild Card Weekend.
Correction so noted.
Home team, #1 seed, coming off a bye and getting Derrick Henry back? ~Titans~
Another home team, #1 seed, coming off a bye and Green Bay all the way. ~Packers~
The star studded Rams were built for this moment, and nothing that happens in this game is going to change what anyone thinks about Tom Brady. Except for one problem; he hates losing. ~Buccaneers~
Finally, Bills Chiefs should be a fun game. Buffalo has a slightly better defense and offence and gotta pick one or the other. ~Bills~
