Knowing that LAPD doesn't chase down illegal aliens driving unregistered automobiles, why was this guy singled out for a risky pursuit?
Pretty good bike handling right up to the end.
Yeah, if only these caged four-wheelers would be safe and watch out for motorcyclists. I hope his family sues the car driver.
</standard biker BS>
There was no ground pursuit, just a helicopter pursuit to figure out where he was going.
A long time ago, a fellow who had sipped a few beers pulled out in front of me. I wasn’t injured but he was knocked over into the passenger seat, unconscious, with his foot caught between the brake and gas.
As I watched, the car began to move, then picked up speed as it jumped over the median, the sidewalk and then flew across a parking lot - finally hanging on a berm — with the back wheels in the air, engine floored and smoke pouring from the engine bay!
I ran over, reached and killed the engine and pulled him out. He was hospitalized for a few days but okay.
Unfortunately, he ruined my sweet Tr7 convertible.
No more bike thefts from him or her.
So odd, the police start talking about speeding. “we all have to do better”
it’s not uncommon for someone to be knocked out of their shoes, but...knocked out of your pants as well?
Violent

But I laughed to myself at the men and the ladies
Who never conceived of us billion dollar babies
Dang.
There’s a market for chopped liver?
One dark night a woman stepped out in front of his car. Killed instantly. He was never the same after that.
Surprised his head did not separate from his body due to the force of impact.
He lost his mind.
Super Dave?
““They” ? This is modern journalism.”
See it all the time these days.
If you look in the upper part of the screen, they had a speed tracker. At the time of the crash, he was only doing about 80mph.
You have to watch it a few times because you have to focus on the tracker and not the motorcycle.
I was hoping there might be an unsplattered kidney in there somewhere.
He probably knew he was a dead man a hundred yards before impact.
I see part of his problem. In my MC training they talked about the importance of wearing proper boots when riding. This guy had on tennis shoes that flew off his feet. If had boots on his feet would have been alright.
