A motorcycle driver was killed in a horrific crash in West Hills.
The Los Angeles Police Department was tracking the motorcycle driver who was allegedly wanted for theft.

Family will include the driver making the left turn in their lawsuit.
That should buff right out.
We did not have these types of training aides, only stills and written reports of witnesses.
Had we had something of this nature back then, it might of relieved the boredom of all those exercises of calculating terminal speed, drag factor, etc, and all the mind numbing mathematical mush.
I still know what I know, but seeing this in actual real-time/life movement is so much better.
There are quite of few of these type video displays that have been entered into the training curriculum of late.
The motorcycle stopped but he didn't, so he was DWOT (dead way over there).
Thus the old saying, speed kills. If he had been going 30 he might be O.K.
Is there a ‘non-horrific’ crash of a motorcycle being ridden at 130? Similar vein as a minor chainsaw accident, there isn’t one. If it’s runnin’, it’s gunnin’.
Whenever I read stories like this about a crook trying to get away, I'm reminded of that line from The Doors song "Riders on the Storm"
There's a killer on the road
His brain is squirmin' like a toad
I hope he remembered to check “Organ Donor” on his license.
If you watch the video, there isn’t much left. All the squishy inside stuff prolly detonated on impact. And, of course, his brain wasn’t very functional even before the impact.
“ The suspect was driving at speeds of 130 mph when they smashed into a car”
“They” ? This is modern journalism.
I don’t want to look at any pics or video, if any! I’ve seen a few now of guys doing such things as coming off the bike as it took a curve - on an overpass. Whee! I’m flying! Gruesome.
I’ve seen other chicks act stupid on bikes, too, but they usually crash right away and so taken off the playing field so to speak. Guys can stay up longer and are more likely just to keep going until BOOM. And some guy in a car who’s just trying to get to work sees something that will haunt him for the rest of his life.
Wear your helmet and leathers when you ride, or at least stout pants and long-sleeved shirt, and gloves. And, um, yeah - don’t steal somebody’s bike and dart in and out of traffic at 130. (I went 110 a few times on my Honda - the first time I didn’t even realize I was going that fast. I was like YOW.)
There is store surveillance video from another angle that shows the driver of the car he hit had the green turn arrow at the time.
“there is no cure for stupid.”
Actually there is. I know a few people that have recovered from being stupid.
I’m feeling really bad for the auto driver that was just trying to move left through the intersection. No way to see the stupid coming at that closing speed. That person is living with this for the rest of their life. And by no fault of their own. Very sad.
That hurts to watch it.
I had the same thing, sort of...a drunken illegal immigrant (thanks for nothing Obama) turned left in front of me. Fortunately I was going 35 mph in a 40 mph zone but I nearly died from the injuries.
Can’t imagine what it would be like if someone was going three times that speed.
A Darwin Awards contender?
Was it Maxwrist, bad kitty or saiyan420?
Be sure to look for the upload on youtube.
Another dead Street Rossi.
Just kidding.
LA County - why bother running from the cops anymore?
