AN OPEN LETTER TO JOE MANCHIN AND KYRSTEN SINEMA

Joe and Kyrsten, I see you both, while you are Democrats, as the sane versions of Democrats. You both have remained firm in your conviction that the Senate must not become a cheap version of the House of Representatives. You have stood firm in your support of the filibuster, as a tool to ensure that legislation must be approved by a supermajority of your peers. This limitation prevents bad legislation from becoming law.

Your Democrat colleagues have tried every parliamentary trick to pass the 'voting rights' legislation. Both of you are intelligent enough to know that this legislation is not about 'voting rights'. This is clearly an unconstitutional and extremely dangerous power-grab, meant to codify election cheating in all fifty states.

If this bill passes, by whatever trick is employed, it will effectively end opposition to the Democrat party at the state and national level. While this may initially sound good to you, since you are Democrats, it will spell the end of America as a viable country born in freedom, instilled in fairness, and honest representation of all her citizens.

In the long term, single-party rule is very unhealthy for a country. I'm a Republican. I would NOT be happy if we Republicans had single-party rule. You Democrats keep us honest with your opposition to our extremes. PLEASE do not vote in a manner that would allow single-party rule, with Democrats being that ruling party. The lack of ability to oppose extremes will destroy the economies and social orders of the states you represent.

You are all that stands between an America with political balance, and an America that goes to absurd extremes, becoming a mockery of a country. Political balance is vital to keep a country from careening out of control. Please keep this in mind as you vote the next few days.

I spoke of the problems in the bill that would ensure single-party rule by the Democrats. I will list the most egregious elements of the bill:

1. The codification of mandatory acceptance of Mail-In Ballots will allow ballots into the electoral stream that no longer have the forensic protection that we presently have. Mail-in Ballots leave the stream of protection, which should be from the voter to the vote counter, directly. Once you allow ballots to leave that stream, all sorts of mischief can occur. Ballots from non-existent people can then enter that stream, for example.
2. Additionally, if Ballot-Harvesting is codified into law, this gives another horrific chance to introduce ballots from non-existent people. It also allows the discarding of legitimate ballots from people the Harvester thinks might vote 'incorrectly'.
3. This bill also codifies the forbidding of identification to vote. How hard is it to get an ID these days? How many services and benefits require IDs to prevent fraud? Almost all of them. The only purpose of this element of the bill is to enable fraudulent voting.

A quick review of the election laws of other countries shows that none of these laws are in place. They are aware that voting fraud is encouraged by Mail-In Ballots, Ballot Harvesting, and the lack of Identification. Not even Russia or China permits these laws! Are we to be less honest than those countries?

We can all point at points that are ‘the end of the republic,’ but this would be one of the most damaging events in American legislative history. This is akin to the German 'Enabling Act' that allowed the rise of the Nazis.

I implore you to think of the damage this bill would cause. I implore you to think of the horrid outcomes America would face, if either party can rule with little or no opposition.

Keep in mind that virtually ALL of the democrats who have helped to bring one party rule to California and are benefiting from it are perfectly happy with the game rigging they have brought about and are dug in to keep it that way. I suspect Joe and Kristen will be tempted to bring about the national version. We really don’t expect any democrat to have ethics or morality in their political decisions do we? Sadly, that includes Joe and Kristen in my opinion.

If they can't get the "votes", tyrants change the law about what a vote is.This so called "law" to end othe filibuster, initiated by Biden and Schumer is simply a move to consolidate their electoral cheat of Nov. 3rd 2020.They hear the red tsunami of American freedom building to a rumble , just over the horizon.They tremble in fear and desperation. The people exist. In most cases, they moved from an address and are now legally registered at their new address.
In a few cases they are dead.
In some cases they are non-citizens registered to vote by a mindless bureaucrat at the DMV.
They do not vote.

A political worker votes on their behalf. The political worker thinks he knows what is in their interest and votes their interest, which curiously is the political worker’s interest also.
