A man was walking his dog when he discovered nearly decomposed human remains on a hiking trail in Oregon, police said.
The man reported finding the remains in the evening of Monday, Jan. 10, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said. The report prompted an investigation that began the next morning with several search teams and human remains detection dogs.
The dog walker found “skeletonized remains,” meaning the body had likely been in the wilderness long enough for the remains to decompose and begin to reveal the skeleton, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said.

Regards,
I’ll bet you taught tautology, I’d wager! (From the Department of Redundancy Department)
And walk where there are a lot of shallow graves. That’s where missing folks always seem to show up.
I have tracked game in the snow only to come upon a super highway of animal tracks crossing the game trail that lead to an animal skeleton. Nature is very efficient in recycling.
That’s fine, so we assume you wouldn’t mind coming down to the station to answer a few questions?...
Heh
I taught tautology - except for when I didn't teach tautology. I taught tautology right up until the time when I stopped teaching tautology.
Have I made that abundantly clear, Larry Lucido?
Regards,
Hmmm. Died on the Oregon Trail - maybe it was from dysentery.
My money says the dog actually discovered the skeleton. The man walking him is just claiming credit since the dog can't talk.
Thanks for 'splaining that media maven, I never would have figured that out by myself.

Did they find a blond hair on it?.
Gang shooting or killing? Tons of MX gangs in Jackson and JoSo. And of course now other foreign cartels as well. The illegal mj growing is, as anyone who lives there knows, destroying these two counties.
This park and walking trail is at the edge of a Medford subdivision, so unlikely to be an area of illegal grows.
But it’s a perfect place for homeless to hang out, privacy with lots of nearby homes for petty thievery and porch piracy.
I was thinking if some gang wanted to take someone out, they wouldn’t kill near their own goings on. I live in a wild and wooly area of JoCo and what’s going on here is insane X 100. Crime has increased like I’ve never seen in 20 years since the influx of criminal gangs. Been gradual over the last bunch of years but the last 2 have been insane. And of course the homeless/ ie bum problem has exploded as well.
At least the maggot she-governor Brownstain and dems in Salem haven’t managed to change gun laws. Without stolen elections, the dems would not have the power they have now. Oregon has all the markings of totally corrupt elections, and has for years.
Thanks
Aaaahhh
