That's a dramatic way to announce your retirement.

A lot of anger in that. Not a the train, per se, but at MARTA, I think.

Maybe Moving Africans Rapidly Through Atlanta (MARTA) didn’t turn out the way he expected.

Much easier and less painful ways to go, if you’ve decided to check out.

Sad, he went out by the thing he loved most. I wonder why he did it.

Maybe that was due to a state of depression from job pressures, but going out that way also looks as though he thought he was ‘cornered’ and to jump was his only way out.

My sympathies for his family and for all those transit employees who will be tasked for mopping it all up.
Not much discussion about those unnamed workers and how they deal with their own ‘job pressures’.

So, his last act was to have someone using the train have a bad experience and regret using it?

My sympathies are with his family, and as mentioned above, with the workers who have to deal with the aftermath.

There is something very odd about this.

MARTA has rail.

MARTA is also corrupt and filled with nepotism.

I helped kick off the effort to defeat a 1% sales tax on all purchases in Gwinnett County, GA.

He jumped a sinking ship and quit his job early.
