The guilt or innocence of the murdered woman is still up in the air?

I think - this is just speculation here - that the huge team of writers on this article may be suggesting that the lady attacked the homeless man and he defended himself by pushing her onto the tracks. Just a guess.

Good grief.

Apparently he had come up behind another woman and she got nervous about him and stepped out of his reach…and he turned right around and shoved the other woman (who I think was on the other side of the platform) in front of the train that was just coming in on that side.

That may have been his intention all along, because it sounded like he had picked the second woman (the Asian victim) as the target and I think he may have been harassing the other woman as a distraction.

He’s crazy but canny and vicious crazy and there’s no reason he should have been on the streets. When are they going to get a grip on the loony population?
