n Pennsylvania, Republican members of the state legislature are drafting a bill that would forcibly relocate illegal aliens brought into the state by Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and instead move them to Biden’s home state of Delaware.
Fox News reports that the legislation was first mentioned in a memo by State Senator Mario Scavello (R-Penn.), who informed his colleagues of his intentions to introduce the bill.
“In the very near future, I intend to introduce legislation to address the influx of illegal immigrants being relocated into Pennsylvania,” Scavello stated. “How many illegal immigrants has the president relocated to his own home state of Delaware? If it is good enough for Pennsylvania, then why not redirect the relocation to Delaware?”
Scavello’s plans mirror recent remarks by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.), who said in November that he considered sending any illegal aliens brought into his state up to Biden’s home state using buses.
Another State Senator, Doug Mastriano (R-Penn.), announced that he co-sponsor Scavello’s bill, adding that “we need to further examine the total number of illegal immigrants being sent to [Pennsylvania] by plane and bus.” Mastriano, who was one of the leading figures in the fight against voter fraud in Pennsylvania in 2020, is now seeking the Republican nomination for Governor.
“We also need to look at how much this is costing taxpayers and if Governor [Tom] Wolf and Attorney General [Josh] Shapiro were notified of the flights beforehand,” Mastriano added. Shapiro (D-Penn.) is the presumptive Democratic nominee for Governor, as Wolf (D-Penn.) has already served two terms and cannot run again.

U.S. law defines transporting, aiding, or abetting illegal aliens as a violation of fed law. So no, interstate flights to Delaware are not an option. Arresting the aliens and handcuffing them to the handrails of the steps of a Federal building, however, is fair game. Then if the Feds release them back onto state property, the Fed ‘perps’ might be arrested and charged with aiding and abetting aliens (and sedition), and get handcuffed to the handrail, along with the aliens.
That’s pretty close by. If you look up live catch and release, the experts recommend at least 5 miles in a straight line for chipmunk and at least 10 miles for squirrels. Based on body mass, that means illegals should be transported to either Hawaii or gitmo.
Their routes and destinations sure are a mystery - to me, at least.
This needs to be done by every single red state or a state where Republicans have power.
I like it but send all illegals to DC. That will get the most attention with the lowest numbers.
