A teenage girl who suffered from real-life Benjamin Button disease and amassed a millions-strong YouTube following has died at the age of 15.
Adalia Rose, from Texas, was diagnosed with Hutchinson-Gilford progeria, a genetic condition also known as Benjamin Button disease, when she was three months old.
The condition, which affects fewer than 500 children worldwide, is categorized by extreme accelerated aging and has an average life expectancy of 13 years old.

Her story is both deeply tragic and equally as inspiring. This is an extremely cruel disease. At least she was able to live the best possible life, but no child should have to be afflicted with such a cruel disease.

I saw her first when she was dancing on her videos....and have checked along these few years as she and her faithful parents gave her the best years she could have in the limited time they had.
Adalia was well know throughout Hollywood and even J.Lo’s clothes designer created a couple outfits for her.....she touched everyones life in such a remarkable way.
At first when watching her I was troubled by her condition....but then as you saw her amazing personality how she looked quickly fell away and you just loved this little gal for her infectious quality of life and living it to the fullest.
When she stopped putting up videos I knew she was likely in serious trouble. It’s very sad but what a full life her parents gave her in these years. Stunning courage on their part and strength of heart.
What stamina he gave this sweet gal.....at one time the parents shared a video of her going for her checkups. Even those could be painful for her and she had years of Dr.s and checkups etc.
She truly inspired all people. I understand once you actually meet her you are never the same afterwards.....I can believe it.

I understand her body age was that of a 94 yr. old. So in that respect for those with this disease she had a good run as most don’t make it past 13 yrs.
Even in this God showed his light on so many in knowing her and watching her. She was certainly a pistol!
I recall some bullies that made fun of her so she and her mom made a video giving them a come to Jesus moment.....Her mother is fearless.
