If limiting the unvaxxed is wise, what about limiting fat people?

Consider the implications of the underlying principle, which is: “You have no right to make a life choice that increases the probability you’ll strain the medical system.”

For the record, I’ve nothing against our friendly-fronted friends. Why, my favorite philosopher, G.K. Chesterton, reportedly weighed in at close to 400 pounds. Yet the reality is that the horizontally challenged have something in common with the “unvaccinated.”

The latter are now today’s lepers, attaining this status via refusal to accept experimental mRNA therapy agents (MTAs, a.k.a. “vaccines”) designed to prevent something they don’t prevent. In fact, many Branch COVIDians talk about making “vaccine passports” a requirement for “participation in society.”

This is already happening to an extent in Australia, the Land Down Under — COVID tyranny. For example, Australia’s Northern Territory announced new draconian lockdown restrictions last week, with the MTA-resistant especially targeted.

Never mind that Lord Fauci the Infallible and other health oracles once said, implying it was quite the mountain to climb, that a 70 to 80 percent “vaccination” rate would suffice to deliver herd immunity, and Australia now has a 91 percent rate among people over 12.

But, hey, they just need to get that rate up to 154 percent and it’ll be shrimp-on-the-barbie and Foster’s time once again. Don’t say it’s impossible, either, because Democrat counties often prove the achievability of such numbers at election time. You just have to “vaccinate” those recently dead Australians, mate, to be fair dinkum safe — and forbid casket exiting and midnight zombie romps for the foreseeable future.

Why the fat are not treated the same way as the unvaxxed:

1. The pandemic is to force you to get the vaccine

2. The vaccine is to force you to get the vaccine passport

3. The vaccine passport is to push you into the social credit system

4. The social credit system is to force you into obeying the government

Limiting the Unvaxxed is just the first step.

IF/When we ever get socialized medicine, imagine another group of bureaucrats like Fauci being in charge of our healthcare system.

don’t get vaxxed, don’t get care.
Smoke tobacco, don’t get care
get fat, don’t get care

It’s all to easy to blame “Others” for the problems people are facing, the Democrats are kings of this, they do it everyday.

Sexually transmitted diseases will virtually disappear if you eliminate sex outside of marriage and divorce.

About 15 years ago or so one of the hospitals I worked at made a big virtue signaling play by not selling regular sodas, among other food items (bacon, eggs, milk, etc).

My position then was carry all of it, just take a look at the customer, and if they’re not fat, let them have the regular food. Easy, right?

But no. I keep myself healthy and trim, but have to eat turkey bacon, egg whites and diet ginger ale because the fatties can’t handle themselves. That’s fair.

One thing at a time to see if it works.

We’ll start with the fats.

I said this when they were pushing Obamacare.

If we are “all in it together”, if we have to collectively bear the costs of healthcare, then your health is not exclusively your business. After all, we are all paying for your health. Thus it naturally follows that “we” (ie those who know what’s best for us) should have a say over your bad habits.

Did you get the full government recommended 8 hours sleep last night?
Is there too much salt and fat in your diet?
Have you reported for government mandated exercise sessions today?
Is your BMI outside of government issued guidelines?

Enjoy your soy gruel comrade.

COVID-19 is real and a serious threat overall to those in poor health, and especially the aged, as the CDC reported that more than 81% of COVID-19 deaths occur in people over age 65, and with the number of deaths among people over age 65 being 80 times higher than the number of deaths among people aged 18-29.[1] However, obesity — which over 42% of Americans are — along with high blood pressure and diabetes (which tend to be related to obesity) are leading comorbidities in Covid-assigned deaths (and obesity itself is estimated to be attributable to 2,800,000 deaths in America over a 10 year period — at 280,000 per year). ...

Research finds that obesity along with high blood pressure and diabetes (which typically are related to obesity [3][4] [5]) are the leading comorbidities in Covid-assigned deaths.[6] And over 70% of Americans are overweight or obese. [7] And while Covid-assigned deaths are now over 800,000 in America, yet according to the National Library of Medicine the estimated number of deaths per year in America that are attributable to obesity among US adults is approximately 280,000. Which means 2,800,000 over a 10 year period.

[8] The CDC reported that obesity is linked to impaired immune function, and may triple the risk of hospitalization due to a COVID-19 infection, and decreases lung capacity and reserve and can make ventilation more difficult. And the increased risk for hospitalization or death was particularly pronounced in those under age 65,[9] and that about 78% of people that were hospitalized, needed a ventilator or died from Covid-19 were overweight or obese. [10]

This includes some otherwise healthy, hard-working people and even the young. Since the pandemic began dozens of studies have reported that many of the sickest COVID-19 patients have been people with obesity A study published in August 2020 reported that an international team of researchers who pooled data from scores of peer-reviewed papers capturing 399,000 patients, found that “people with obesity who contracted SARS-CoV-2 were 113% more likely than people of healthy weight to land in the hospital, 74% more likely to be admitted to an ICU, and 48% more likely to die.” Another study found that 77% of nearly 17,000 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 were overweight (29%) or obese (48%) - and which over 40% of Americans are. [11]

Consistent with this, the majority of global COVID-19 deaths have been in countries where many people are obese, with coronavirus fatality rates 10 times higher in nations where at least 50% of adults are overweight,” and “that 90% or 2.2 million of the 2.5 million deaths from the pandemic disease so far were in countries with high levels of obesity.[12]The report found that every country where less than 40% of the population was overweight had a low Covid-19 death rate of no more than 10 people per 100,000.” “Age is the predominant factor affecting risk of hospitalisation and death from Covid-19, but the report finds that being overweight comes a close second.” [13] cf. [14] [15]

In addition, more recent research has reported that fat cells can act as a reservoir for RNA viruses like influenza A and HIV, providing an additional site for the virus to replicate. TOC^

Once the government owns our healthcare, the have everything.

Dr. Jones: I have good news. Yes, you do have Stage 1 cancer but it is a variety that is easily treatable and the recovery rate is very high. But there are a few things that we need to do before we begin treatment. Or patients’ mental health is as important to us as their physical health. I notice from your Social Score that you have voted for conservative political candidates over the last 10 years and your social media appears to be very anti-social and antigovernment. Before we can begin treatment, the HHS requires you to complete a 12 week re-education course. This will improve your mental health and insure a better outcome for you cancer treatment. I only hope that you cancer does not progress to Stage 4 in that 12 weeks.

A 75 year old, refused critical medical care can be a very dangerous commodity. Not much to lose.

I believe in Canada and Australia, certain places are already refusing to treat unvaxxed patients regardless of their condition.
