DOJ & FBI are creations of Congress. Congress has the power to dissolve them.

Can there be a citizens arrest of Ray Epps?
And answer it under oath. And get a competent attorney to frame the question.
One would think. Good luck dissolving the FBI. How about offer a reward for whistleblowers? But this will undoubtedly remain a bullet point for leftists to call us crazy and DC will keep the status quo.
And someone report Ray Epps claims he wasn’t working for anyone. Not sure what that means.
They have the power but not the will.
I get the sense that the FBI organization sees this as some sort of Fifth Amendment issue — like: They cannot be made to testify against themselves. Well, I think that right is an individual right. The organization should be forced to come clean. No hiding.
I'd suggest more of a cell phone kind of deal. Catch Ray Epps eating out and walk up and just ask the polite question.

Isn’t that Congress’s fault for not including a clause at the creation of the agencies that the agency at all time must provide any information any congressmen requests?
It’s like you hiring a manager for a shop you own and the manager refusing you access to the books. That’s literally how stupid the people we send to Washington are.

A. It is unlawful for a person to intentionally or knowingly do any of the following:
1. Engage in an act of terrorism.
2. Organize, manage, direct, supervise or finance an act of terrorism.
3. Solicit, incite or induce others to promote or further an act of terrorism.
Therefore, it wasn’t organic, nor grass roots, in nature. I’m sure the subsequent DOJ response was planned at exactly the same time, as well.
I was astonished watching Jill Sandborn snub Cruz yesterday.
The agencies are part of the Executive branch and they think that because of separation of powers, they don’t have to bark on command from Congress.
To some degree that’s correct: Executive Privilege.
But that’s severely constrained. All the agencies would be hard pressed to come up with a real legal reason why they can’t answer. If the excuse is “that’s classified”, well then so what. They go into closed session and she answers. Then it’s up to the Senate if they want to release that information. They have the right to.
But she doesn’t.
That's the correct way to ask the question. Not the narrow, is Epps FBI or an FBI informant. Are we even 100% certain thats the guy's real name?
Much more difficult for them to legally weasel out of a question like that ("federal assets").
Sure, Congress can technically dissolve them but we all know that will never happen so Garland says FU, eat cake.

The same Arizona AG who tossed the election fraud audit results in the trash?
If Ray Epps was not working for anyone then why is he free to roam his ranch in AZ.
Videos plainly show him on the 5th and the 6th encouraging Patriots to break into the Capitol.
Some who have been kept in the DC Gulag for almost a year did far less.
Also competent lawyer/debater who can engage brain real-time, dissect any weasel word answers and then ask probing follow up questions.
