First glance at the picture in the piece I (wrongly) thought he was fired for wearing that stoopid knit headgear. Then I remembered that the entire sports world has gone insane and portrays themselves as caring. We gave that all up years ago. He probably won't leave broke though.

Maybe they will bring back Mike Ditka? I wish he’d run for Senate.

I don’t care about any of this crap after the NFL decided to make dumping on the country and veterans a ratified policy. If you’re watching NFL football, you’re part of the problem.

fire Nagy as the head coach of the Bears after only making the playoffs twice in four years

Wonder how the coach of the Giants survives.

The Chargers might consider the same after some of the strange decisions by their head coach last night.

No one is going to make Fields a good NFL QB. Quality candidates should avoid this job because for whatever reason, his development is a condition.

I heard a saying recently about the NFL which said, NFL teams don’t get better they get a better QB.

Without an above average QB, it’s almost impossible to win consistently in the NFL, the talent is to equal with the exception of above average QB play, those teams with it win and those who don’t lose and their coaches get fired.

Unless he had a hand in the talent acquisition end of the team, I don’t think Nagy should be fired, he had a washed up Andy Dalton and a Rookie Justin Fields at QB, that’s a terrible hand to play with.

OTOH, Zimmer in Minnesota has a decent QB in Kirk Cousins and have surrounded him with weapons, Dalvin Cook, Adam Thielen, Justin Jefferson are all legit NFL players capable of putting up big numbers.

Zimmer probably deserves to be fired, the Chargers coach does as well.

The other NFL coach who I think is a clown who was in his first year this year is the Atlanta HC Arthur Smith.

Matt Ryan is not great, but still has ability to be solid and might have 1-2 years left in him.

The Falcons have talent at the skill positions.

Calvin Ridley went out with a mental health condition which I’m not sure about.

Russell Gage, Cordarrelle Patterson and Kyle Pitts are legit players who most teams would love to have.

Kyle Pitts in particular was misused this year IMO, yes he made the pro bowl as a rookie and had over 1000 yards receiving, yet he only scored ONE TD all year, that’s crazy, someone how some way you have to get him the ball more often especially in the redzone.

Atlanta will probably go in a different direction at QB and all those offensive players will be wasted next year and Smith will likely be fired.

They also fired GM Ryan Pace, which they should've done a very long time ago.

They oughtta clean out the entire front office, coaching staff and start over. Can't do any worse than they already have thanks to the meddling McCaskeys.
