There’s always been a lot of obese people in America but it seems to me that many are gaining an even greater amount of weight since this thing started in 2020. I can hardly believe some of the folks I see struggling to walk or riding in a motorized cart at the local Walmart, Target, or supermarket. Enormous wide-bodied humans. This is not my imagination.
People staying home, stuffing their faces and binging Netflix? Something’s going on. These people that are a hundred or more pounds overweight are asking for serious trouble should they catch this virus. They’re in serious trouble to begin with.
I believe someone at the CDC said that there were NO flu deaths in 2020. Sure.
Well, everyone was at home doing nothing but sitting. Hubby and I would go for a short walk when he was on his lunch break (he could work from home on his computer); but, many people just weren't getting out for even a minimum amount of exercise.
