ATLANTA — More than 70% of people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Georgia in the first week of January unvaccinated or partially vaccinated according to data from the Georgia Department of Health.
By contrast, 25% of people hospitalized with the virus were fully vaccinated but not boosted and 4% had received a booster shot.

I would like to see the “partially vaccinated vs not vaccinated” numbers.
They don’t give you the total number hospitalized. 70% of how many? Ten, 20, 100? When this covid crap is over, heads better roll at the CDC, DC, FDA, NIH and above all, the corrupt media
Noting that the Georgia CV19 number is CASES while link below is DEATHS, the question is if CDC's politically correct (imo) definition of being unvaccinated has possibly been extended to hospitalizations.
The CDC is now listing vaccinated COVID-19 deaths as UNvaccinated deaths if they die within 14 days of the vaccine. (9.2.21)

The ultimate remedy for unconstitutionally big, alleged election-stealing, Democratic Party-pirated federal and state governments allegedly manufacturing crises to oppress everybody under their boots...
Consider that the states effectively have "veto power" over continued unpopular, unconstitutional actions of the feds.
More specifically, all the states can effectively “secede” from the unconstitutionally big federal government by doing the following.
Patriots need to primary federal and state elected officials who don't send voters email ASAP that clearly promises to do the following.
Federal and state lawmakers need to promise in their emails to introduce resolutions no later than 100 days after start of new legislative sessions that proposes an amendment to the Constitution to the states, the amendment limited to repealing the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments (16&17A), little or no discussion required imo.
In fact, I challenge the states to ram the repeal amendment for 16&17A through the ratification process faster than Nancy Pelosi irresponsibly rammed unconstitutional Obamacare through the House. /semi-sarc

That seems to be the key. Go into the hospital for car accident, get tested positive for covid, you are now a covid patient.

Then you have to wonder how many of the remaining 57% came in with Covid, or came in for something else and then got exposed to Covid in the hospital. Germs carry in the hospital.

For the love of sweet baby Jesus, people....stop getting Covid tested if you have no symptoms. I know many of you are forced into being tested, but stop with the volunteering. You want to be sent off to a camp? You want to be isolated for two weeks? You want your children taken away from you? Yeah? Well, go ahead and risk a false positive....and make no mistake, false positives happen all the time. False positives can ruin your lives, your businesses, and your income. Not to mention your sanity. But, of course, you know best.

Agreed. It never ceases to amaze (and bother) me that so many of my work contacts believe whatever the TV tells them -- but boy do they get upset when you dare to point out that fact.

Using the numbers from the early part of 2021 would definitely skewed the results toward the unvaccinated since it took a while to ramp up the distribution of the vaccines (and in some cases, both jabs plus a waiting period).
On the fire department that I retired from they currently have more people off sick with the sniffles that at any time in its history. None that I know of are seriously ill. Basically, every person who is off has had both shots and a booster. They were just about to fire everyone who had not been vaccinated on the department. Strangely none on those on that list are off sick. So instead, the unvaccinated are being forced to work mandatory overtime to cover for their sick vaccinated coworkers. The only promise that they have received is that they still will be fired as soon as the “crisis” has receded.
By the way - for the VAXXED the GA DPH used to separate out those hospitalized WITH covid and those hospitalized FROM covid.
They do not (and never did) separate out the unvaxxed cases this way.
When I was able to compare both using the same metric, the percentage of vaxxed hospitalized and dying was surpassing the unvaxxed. However, they stopped separating the unvaxxed numbers (so we can’t compare). Now they have stopped counting the WITH cases so we really can’t compare.
I used to think that the lying was mainly on the national level, but tracking my state has opened my eyes. These state health departments are playing with numbers too - at least how they are presenting them.

If you want the vaccine, it is out there for free.
If you do not want the vaccine, that is your right.
Either way contains risks.
Individual liberty should rule the day.
