I want to go into a building that was designed by talented engineers no matter who or what they are, not one that was designed and extolled on the basis of their breasts, vaginas or skin color.

Terrazzo sounds more Italian than African. Wasn’t it the Italian fascists who temporarily conquered Ethiopia? Is this supposed to be a monument to fascist imperialism?
Looks like almost half of the top level extends past the base. I’m not an engineer, but when I built block towers with that sort of design, they didn’t last long.
6) Blacks are now the majority of the US population and are entitled to Black Privilege and reparations from evil whites - the few that remain - mostly stupid males and gold digging women pretty enough to make handsome black babies and not much else.
It’s ugly as sh!t, but would be one hell of an engineering feat if they can pull it off. In which case, good on them.
I wouldn’t live in it for free, just because it looks hazardous. I guarantee nobody outside of a major city would care who built it or why, and I also guarantee that it will be at low capacity for the foreseeable future, making it impossible to pay off the build costs.
