> What’s that mean? liberals are EVIL and whether they are a ‘neighbor’ or not makes no difference. The command does not say “Thou shalt love EVIL as thyself.”
People (and not just liberals) certainly do evil things. But I don’t think any of us are capable of accessing when a person is beyond the possibility of redemption. I believe God’s grace is ultimately a mystery that is beyond human understanding.
We believe differently. I don’t classify them as people. Just evil and am under no obligation to pity, empathize or love them.
A few years ago, I was house hunting - it was actually during the campaign of Trump as I was coming back home from volunteering for a rally and my realtor called for me to check out a house on the way home. The neighbor to the really cute house had a Bernie Sanders sign in their front yard. I didn’t even slow down and let my realtor know to keep looking.

sorry, coddling the lawless who promote the destruction of our country and oversee its moral decay isn’t something i’ll be turning a cheek on
right on
i hate liberals. Praying for them is a waste of time.
Our closest neighbor is close to a mile away.
Thank God that’s our situation also....Way out in the country with no immediate neighbors...And the 20 minute drive to the nearest grocery store is on a nice wide split 4 lane highway into town once you get to the main highway.....70 mph drive with no stops or traffic lights right to the store....
“I hate liberals. Praying for them is a waste of time.”
I prayed mine away! And it worked!
Come to find out everyone who had a bordering yard was praying too!
in some states, churches are exempt from property tax
Regarding your initial question, yes we are to love our liberal neighbors in agape love.
Liberalism is a kind of sickness. We pity that they are deluded and confused. We pray that their blindness will be healed before they get to the other side.
Any neighbor who votes for the democrat taliban party is my enemy. I guess I can love my enemy but I will not talk with them, help them, say hello to them, or even acknowledge their existance. But sure, I guess I can love them in a ‘stay away from me’ kind of way.
We did something similar. We were invited to our like minded neighbors house and we brought Trump wine and drank it. His daughter’s boyfriend was so clearly angry, his daughter had to keep rubbing his leg all night sort of to say “you will get through this”. He never said a single word to us...including hello.
That is the power of a bottle of Trump wine.
Type a note with a heading that says “Things I know about Hillary” and leave it on the kitchen table when you sneak in at 1 AM to open the natural gas line into the home.
Keep a list.😎
Jesus also said that he would come back not to bring peace, but with a sword.
Enough of this meek Christianity. Jesus wants us to fight evil. You would have us telling the left “we love them” while on our knees.
As do we, but as I live near a major university, I’m pretty much surrounded by liberals, although we have plenty of conservatives mixed in the bunch.
Aside from one woman who is a professor at the university and a major, selfish, inconsiderate arsehole to her neighbors and her own dogs, we get along fine with all of them. Of my extended friend and acquaintance group across the country, I would say over 80% of them are liberals and one is an admitted communist. It’s kind of the world I live in professionally. I don’t preach to them, and most of them don’t preach to me. Best to leave politics aside and simply be friends. Debating won’t change them — or me.
Just be peaceful and let the commies kill you.
The only solution is peaceful separation.
