Newly engaged woman told to ‘shut the [bleep] up’ by NYC
NY Post ^ | January 7, 2022 | By Brooke Kato

Like anyone newly betrothed, Bailey Kenworthy wanted to shout her news from the rooftops of New York City.

Her mistake was thinking New York City would give a crap.

“I’m engaged, New York!” Texan Bailey Kenworthy, 24, shouted out an apartment window, unable to contain her joy in a TikTok posted last week.

The response? Downright aggressive indifference.

“Shut the f–k up!” a cyclist can be heard yelling below.

“I love it here,” she joked to the camera.

The video — captioned “The nicest city” — has amassed 2.1 million views and more than 316,800 likes.

Bicyclists are screwed up anyway. But things are bad in NYC.

I grew up in NYC (in Manhattan) and lived there most of my life, and I can’t believe what the city has become. Talking to family trapped there, I feel so depressed by what the left has done to NYC and in fact to all the major cities worldwide.

Not even Nuremberg trials would be enough.

In a strange twist, the cyclist turned out to be the woman’s fiance. (just made that up)

I remembered the scene in Network:
"I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it any more!"

So, with that new Soros backed DA in Manhattan, will all the criminals commute into Manhattan from the other four boroughs to “ply their trade”?

Some cyclists really are messed up. I know of an advice columnist who once questioned whether a major street in Los Angeles should have been narrowed from 4 lanes to 2 in order to accommodate bicycle lanes. For this heresy, she was subjected to attempted cancellation by fake negative reviews of her latest book on Amazon.

That was one of the best movie scenes ever. People still think about it.

My first thought too. This is staged. Just like a lot of other “viral” videos on the internet these days.
