Good pair of posts. I expect our government and its law enforcers to act like they are, EVIL. Disguised as legitimate power, it is anything but legitimate. it is out of control, unanswerable, out of constitutional bounds, dishonest, and a danger to liberty.
King George was a piker compared with the US government.
The only thing keeping the DOJ from making the dishonest leap and charging congresspeople with domestic terrorism is the “protected class’ thing, and that “protected class” thing can be broken at will.
This is a great time to be alive. It is invigorating to witness history. Should drive people to their maker, and for some it will - while many reject the message and refuse to repent.

Tucker Carlson is an American Treasure.
That is so true!

Maybe a warning like this….(can they get 2/3? Prolly not but the branding is sufficient).
US Constitution
Fourteenth Amendment
Section 3
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Cruz is proving here once again that even the “best” Republicans are near useless.

The Texas Senator who has been morphing into a wolf like caricature, left himself naked to his enemies yesterday by his own choosing. After proclaiming the J6 protestors were “violent terrorists”, the articulating stutterer must have realized he stood on a political landmine.
Ted Cruz quickly appeared on Fox News with Tucker Carlson in an attempt to regain credibility. It’s interesting that Cruz chose the Tucker Carlson show for the effort, and it’s interesting that Carlson gave him the opportunity. However, the result was predictable. You cannot create authenticity where only inauthenticity exists. If you try, what you end up with is a hole digger that keeps digging.

So then the next simple set of questions...
1. Can you show me the violent terrorists acts from Jan 6th?
2. How about the same from BLM & Antifa?
We do have (or had?) loads of video testimony from both events

Biggest problem is the ‘instigators’ have not been charged not even questioned - most rational people believe it was another FBI dark op, a piss poor dark op at that. Only the capitol police committed (2) violent acts resulting in the death of 2 women.

Ted is just a typical politician. I thought otherwise until the 2016 primaries - when Ted went full-on political retard (you NEVER go full retard) by sexually hooking-up with his assistant, politically hooking up with Carly Fiorina, and trying to get the IRS to investigate Trump.

1. Can you show me the violent terrorists acts from Jan 6th? Easy enough. Below is link to video of police officer beaten by multiple people on Jan 6. I condemn antifa violence and I condemn people who were violent on Jan 6.

OK let’s assume your sources are verified, have those people been identified, detained or charged?

Tucker Carlson and Joe Rogan both deserve an American Freedom Award from the next Republican President.
They have done more than any other “journalist” to promote the truth in media in the last five years or more.
To: Samurai_Jack
I saw the interview quite differently from what you described. Cruz right away acknowledged that he made a mistake in what he said and, explained why he said it. It was Carlson who ‘panicked’ and simply kept repeating himself at least three more times. This seemed, to me, to be quite unnecessary.
Short of groveling, what more should Cruz have done?
