The best way to ‘strengthen resilience’ is to:
Educate people. Ensure they know how to find information on any topic, consider it rationally, and communicate there thoughts.
Don’t censor anything. Knowledgeable people w/ access to all the information can find the truth and discard the lie.
Restricting communications, information, thought, only creates suspicion.
