“Indiana life insurance CEO says deaths are up 40% among people ages 18-64”. A small price to pay for the well-being of the Big Government/Big Pharma criminal-complex.

It depends on what your definition of failure is and what they’re really for.

Some of the 40% must be a rebound from low deaths in 2020. People deferred or delayed treatments of diseases in 2020 out of fear of going to the hospital. Maybe we are seeing a big swelling of deaths because untreated cancer, heart disease, liver disease and kidney disease killed people in 2021.

I heard a talk recently, by David Martin (I believe), who stated that when he reviewed the Insurance Companies Annual reports for 2020, there were no increase in payouts due to deaths. I.e., he extrapolated that to meant that there were no unusual increases in deaths in the United States in 2020. Others might fudge the numbers, but the Insurance companies would care about those things since they effected their bottom lines.
I found this claim hard to believe, but it would make some sense if a lot of the deaths were just moved into the CoVid bucket (from the death by drowning, or death by motorcycle accident, etc, buckets). And when there were legitimate deaths due to CoVid, since they mainly fell in the elderly cohort - perhaps the Insurance Companies already had enough margin allocated for the elderly category to not be stung by the CoVid deaths.
Weird, but now hearing about this latest claim (and if it turns out to be validated), it would lend some credence that something really unusual is happening now - and which can't be papered over by CDC/Hospital Admin obfuscation. I.e., unexpected deaths have climbed significantly in the CoVid shots era.
I guess we'll know if we see the Insurance Companies start suing CDC/Pfizer/Moderna, or whether some Government kickback/hush money gets sent to the Insurance Companies to help assuage their bottom line problem (and to shut them up).

heard this on BBC, and posted the following in comments on FR a couple of weeks ago. however, don’t know what to make of it:
23 Dec: Yahoo: U.S. Life Expectancy Dropped Nearly 2 Years in 2020
by Tara Law
New mortality data from the National Center for Health Statistics finds that life expectancy dropped by 1.8 years in 2020 compared to 2019, and more than 528,800 more U.S. residents died in 2020 than in 2019. It is the largest single-year increase in annual mortality since 1933, when data for the entire country first became available.
COVID-19 is the primary reason for this shift. The virus was the cause of 10.4% of all deaths last year and became the third-most common cause of death in the country...
Death rates rose from various causes, including heart disease (up 4.1%), strokes (up 4.9%) and Alzheimer’s disease (up 8.7%) as COVID-19 stretched the entire health care system to its limit. Mark Hayward, a demographer and a professor of sociology at the University of Texas at Austin, says that increases in these particular diseases is striking. “They’re the kinds of deaths that are likely to occur because you can’t access hospitals or you can’t access care,” he says...
Men’s life expectancy fell by 2.1 years, to age 74.2, and dropped 1.5 years to age 79.9 for women...

Can a life insurance company profit by overstating the risk of early death? Please dont forget this guy is first and foremost a life insurance agent.
