I like vegetables fine, but I'm a major red-meat eater.

I have a resting pulse of about 51 beats per minute. Am I doing something wrong here?

I’ll stick to my carnivore diet. If I only make 85 instead of 87 it will have been well worth it.

I am a kind and gentle man. Stand between me and my plate of steak tartar and we have a problem, a violent problem. :)

Anybody but me wondering just who might have funded the study?

Thinking of Ancel Keyes at the moment, and how he cherry-picked his countries to push his pet theories about diet and heart disease...

The older you are, the harder you can sometimes be to fool.

Balsamic vinegar or olive oil? So the problem isn’t a consumption of red meat, but a failure to marinate.

Red meat loves olive oil. Now, back to my grilled KC Strip steak.

CM: Cool. Thanks!

All you can do is put it out there. If some are incurious about things that affect their health its on them!

I have red Meat 1 or 2 times a week. From now on I will make certain to have something with Olive oil at the same time. (There are a lot of good reasons to enjoy the Mediterranean diet! ;)

That’s easy to do- salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I consume both anyway. This is so interesting- thanks!
