I totally agree. In all seriousness, had that been me, I would have refused to have my blood pressure taken, since I'm sure it would have been through the roof.
Years ago, I went to a doctors office that had some "Fish TV" show on, basically an aquarium on the screen, with quiet acoustic guitar music. It was wonderful for de-stressing from driving and working and whatnot, prior to being tested and examined. If only more doctors would recognize the value of meditative visuals and gentle music.
In waiting rooms (doctors and otherwise, even my mechanic's shop) if the TV is on with news or a talk show, I request that it be turned off, or at least mute the audio and I sit where I can't see it. TV socio-politics is poison to the soul, regardless of position, and has no place in a "healing" environment.
The regular view members (Liberals) are like vultures waiting for a victim (Conservative).

For viewers who don’t understand symbolism, they will label the elephant GOP.
For viewers who don’t understand acronyms, they will also print Republicans on the elephant.
For the rest of their audience, they will show the elephant with a red MAGA hat.
LOL!! BUT SO DAMN TRUE!
The Republicans use elephant piñatas for whipping boys.

The Republican Party IS the piñata!
Ann Coulter is probably the only woman who would relish kicking their asses everyday.
Funny
Babylon Bee strikes again.
just replace her with a straw man (woman)
that way their strawman arguments will be right on target
Joy would like this... creepy old woman.
They also destroy their own.
You’re absolutely right. It seems the only time Republicans go on offense is when they are attacking one of their own. Too bad they don’t go after Dems with the same vigor.
What a useless party the GOP is.
