Well, this article said this ( in speculation ):

You can more or less rule out vaccination. Here is an article from last October just two weeks after this article was written that says this in the headline:

Seems to me the conclusion is yes, they are virtually free of covid, yes, they used ivermectin widespread, but no, we don’t know if that’s why they are almost free of covid, it could have been something else.
