Scientist surprised by discovery of '99%' effective, cheap COVID treatment
WND ^ | 12/30/2021 | Art Moore

Posted on 12/30/2021 6:09:01 PM PST by Jan_Sobieski

The scientist who combined two widely available over-the-counter compounds that inhibited the novel coronavirus by 99% in early tests told WND he's hopeful his treatment will be available "within months."

"An FDA-approved treatment could be in sight within months if pharmaceutical companies utilize existing clinical trial resources," said Dr. David Ostrov in an email interview with WND.

Ostrov, an immunologist and associate professor in the University of Florida College of Medicine’s department of pathology, immunology and laboratory medicine, combined diphenhydramine, which is marketed as Benadryl, and lactoferrin, a protein in milk, as WND reported in December.

"My prediction is that antiviral drug combinations, such as diphenhydramine and lactoferrin, will provide a similar level of benefit as Regeneron monoclonal antibodies, Pfizer and Merck antivirals, at less than 1/100 the cost of those therapies," he told WND.

Ostrov said he knew he was facing an uphill battle in his effort to find a combination of cheap, safe and available drugs to combat COVID-19…

Milk contains lactoferrin. Milk, honey and Benadryl. Tastes good.

This combination seems very promising, but I have not seen a report that mentions the dosage and timing.

Has anyone heard?

Timing goes by Benadryl dosage. Not sure of how much milk and honey.

Guaranteed.
Unless, Dr. David Ostrov can make his new cheap drug cost enough to cover kickbacks to Congress and the CDC bureaucrats, assorted other Washington and state bureaucracies, it will never get past the talking stage. plus there is no place in the disUnited States for a cheap drug that the hoi polloi can afford without involving the Insurance industry and the big Pharma

The Zelenko regime requires Zinc which puts out the fire and prevents it from starting up again.

Zelenko also requires a full week of medication.

Apparently, the woman you describe left out the above crucial regimen requirements. Not surprising she was back in the ER.

Benadryl is okay short term

You dont want to take it long term. Much like any OTC or prescrption drug.

“That’s why medicines against the worst diseases, like cancer and diabetes, will never be discovered.”

****

There will eventually be one very expensive one, but I believe more than ever that there are if not cures, at least treatments, already available that they are suppressing.

I guess the key is to look for what they are censoring and mocking.

When we got our first Ivermevtin I researched a lot and found that they are doing trials with it for cancer. In my research I found Fenbendazole which is another wormer. We told a friend with prostate cancer,he’s now on Mebendazole, the human equivalent, and his doctor told him he was also taking it.

I think it’s in colostrum. Colostrum is the first form of milk produced by the mammary glands of mammals (including humans) immediately following delivery of the newborn. Commercially, it comes in powdered form. We put a scoop in coffee, sprinkle it on yogurt and cereals. It tastes a bit like coffee creamer. It’s easy to find on Amazon. It’s powerful. Kills inflammatory reactions, strengthens immunity. A little colostrum egg nog, a dose of Benadryl, and a good night’s sleep might be just the ticket to give Fauci night horses. A night horse is the mother of all nightmares.

Results reported by Serrano et al. showed that a liposomal bovine LF supplement containing 32 mg of LF orally administered at 4 to 6 doses/day for 10 consecutive days, accompanied by two to three daily 10 mg zinc doses, resulted in 100% recovery of 75 symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 positive patients within 4–5 days, and the same treatment at lower dose seemed to have prevented the disease in healthy contact (Serrano et al., 2020). Unfortunately, that study did not offer any immunological biomarkers related to the COVID-19 infection levels before and after treatment. Campione et al., 2020b assessed the efficacy of a liposomal formulation of apo-bLF in 32 COVID-19 patients with mild-to-moderate disease and COVID-19 asymptomatic patients. The scheduled dose treatment of liposomal apo-bLF for oral use was 1 g per day for 30 days (10 capsules per day, each one containing 100 mg of apo-bLF in liposomes) in addition to the same formulation administered intranasally 3 times daily (nasal spray contained about 2.5 mg/mL apo-bLFin liposome). On day 0, 15, and 30 of the study, rRT-PCR was performed to detect the SARS-CoV-2 presence; the complete blood count and chemistry panel (liver and kidney function), iron panel, coagulation profile, IL-6, IL-10, TNFα, and adrenomedullin serum levels were also evaluated. On day 15, 10 patients (31.25%) were clear from the SARS-CoV-2, while on day 30, all patients showed a viral clearance. On day 15, 5 patients previously symptomatic became asymptomatic, with a total of 17 asymptomatic and 15 symptomatic patients. On day 30, the other 6 patients, previously symptomatic at the 15-day period, became asymptomatic, resulting in a total of 23 asymptomatic patients (Campione et al., 2020b) .
