Must-see TV: Ben Domenech calls out the American elites helping China in its goal of undermining our country
American Thinker ^ | 30 Nov, 2021 | Thomas Lifson

I was stunned watching Ben Domenech yesterday on Fox News in the 7 PM hour, where a series of guest hosts have been rotating through. His opening monologue was brave and true, a fearlessly realistic appraisal of China’s intentions toward us and of the elites that have sold out (my term, not his) our country.

I very rarely recommend readers watch a segment as long as 11+ minutes, but this is must-see TV.

Won’t the elites be surprised, if they get their way, when China finds them to be noisy and annoying and “disappears” them.

The National Legal and Policy Center has asked the U.S. Department of Education to investigate its findings that the BIDEN CENTER at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) has over the past several years accepted more than $22 million in anonymous China-originated donations and failed to properly disclose the contributions.

U of Pennsylvania recently made a $100 million contribution to Phila School District.

Elusive ex-special forces Brit officer wrote infamous email to Hunter Biden
Founded consultancy involved in secret arrangement
Facilitated Joe Biden’s ‘10% stake in dirty China deal’

UK Daily Mail ^ | December 01 2021 | JOSH BOSWELL
Posted on 12/1/2021, 3:12:14 PM by knighthawk

A former British special forces officer with ties to UK intelligence services is at the center of Joe Biden’s alleged 10 per cent stake in a dirty deal with China.

James Gilliar wrote a now-infamous email to Hunter Biden in 2017 suggesting ‘the big guy’ would own a tenth of the interest in a multi-million-dollar deal with Chinese oil behemoth CEFC through his son.

Though the email, allegedly referring to Joe Biden, was perhaps the most shocking among the tens of thousands on Hunter’s abandoned laptop and has the greatest implications for American democracy – still little is known about Hunter’s shadowy business partner.

How Biden helped Hollywood unlock China

During a luncheon two years ago in Los Angeles, Vice President Biden convinced China’s vice president to agree to a deal that would unlock new fortunes for Hollywood. Biden asked Xi Jinping to relax China’s quota of allowing only 20 foreign films to be shown at a time and to increase distribution fees for Hollywood firms.

China had been reluctant to change its decades-old restrictions meant to control the flow of non-Chinese films into the nation that could hinder its own arts industry. But Biden pressed his Chinese counterpart during those last hours of Xi’s five-day U.S. visit.

“By the end of the luncheon, we had a handshake,” Biden said Friday at the Creativity Conference hosted by the Motion Picture Association of America, Microsoft and ABC News. As a result, “your share of box office revenues doubled,” Biden told the crowd of network executives, studio heads and technology lobbyists.

The deal added 14 films to the quota and raised distribution fees to 25 percent from 13 percent. It was a major victory for Hollywood because the bigger film quota was exponentially more valuable with the massive growth of movie attendance in China. With the agreement, the movie industry secured new global sources of revenues as its U.S. business suffered from years of stagnant or declining box office sales and new competition from the Web.

Every day, 13 to 14 movie screens open in that country, many of them capable of higher-grossing 3D or iMax films, MPAA president Chris Dodd said during the conference. Last year, China opened 5,077 new movie screens, according to Variety.

The anecdote also reveals the powerful ties Hollywood maintains with the highest ranks of Washington. Dodd and Biden served together in the Senate. Movie studios had been frustrated by the quota for years and had pressured the White House and then-U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk to convince Chinese leaders to sign a new trade deal on movies.

Biden joked there were rumors in the Senate that Dodd “controlled me,” adding that he left a meeting with Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel to speak at the MPAA event.

Top Chinese professor boasts of operatives at the top of US ‘core inner circle’
China academic claims Beijing has ‘fooled’ US, has Wall Street allies

A recently recorded lecture showing a Chinese Communist Party expert explaining how Beijing had “people at the top of America’s core inner circle” has found its way onto the internet in the United States after being censored in China.

The lecture, given by Di Dongsheng, vice dean of the School of International Relations at Renmin University, in late November also included references to President-elect Joe Biden’s son Hunter and his business dealings in the Communist country.

Speaking about what was pushing the Chinese to accelerate the reopening of their financial sectors, Di made the revelation that Beijing had a rarely discussed advantage in working with the US ...........prior to the Trump administration.

“We know that the Trump administration is in a trade war with us, so why can’t we fix the Trump administration? Why did China and the US used to be able to settle all kinds of issues between 1992 and 2016?” Di asked, going on to answer the question himself.

“I’m going to throw out something maybe a little bit explosive here. It’s just because we have people at the top. We have our old friends who are at the top of America’s core inner circle of power and influence,” the top Chinese political scientist continued.

Di added during the lecture that “for the past 30 years, 40 years, we have been utilizing the core power of the United States.”

As for the future of the US-China relationship, Di appeared optimistic about China’s ability to thrive under an incoming President Biden.

“During the US-China trade war, [Wall Street] tried to help, and I know that my friends on the US side told me that they tried to help, but they couldn’t do much.

But now we’re seeing Biden was elected, the traditional elite, the political elite, the establishment, they’re very close to Wall Street, so you see that, right?” Di asked the audience, noting that the next administration would likely take a very different stance from that of President Trump.

Di went on to suggest that Hunter Biden, whose business dealings in Ukraine and China have come under scrutiny, received help from the Chinese in his business efforts.

“Trump has been saying that Biden’s son has some sort of global foundation. Who helped [Hunter] build the foundations? Got it? There are a lot of deals inside all these,” Di explained.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe reacted to the video while appearing on Fox News Monday.

“There are a lot of people who, for economic reasons, don’t want China to be our greatest threat. There are a lot of people who, for political reasons, don’t want China to be our greatest threat in America, but the intelligence doesn’t lie. China is our greatest threat and it’s not even close,” the intel boss told Tucker Carlson.

“No other country has the capability of essentially taking away the American dream, and a specific plan to do so, and the intelligence is clear.”

China expert Gordon Chang said that Mr Biden would be little match for the “incredible arrogance” of the Chinese government. “They’re going to push a President Biden around,” he said.

“They’re going to do things which are dangerous, because we’re going to have to push back. Under President Trump, the Chinese didn’t try this because they were afraid of him. So what I’m concerned about is the state of mind of China. This is dangerous.”

Mr Chang added it was “absolutely true that China does have that relationship into what (Professor Di) calls the core circle of America’s real power”.

It came as Axios published a bombshell, year-long investigation revealing how a young female Chinese intelligence operative developed extensive ties with local and national politicians, including California Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell.

Christine Fang, who was enrolled at a San Francisco Bay Area university, targeted up-and-coming politicians who had the potential to make it on the national stage, and had “sexual relationships with at least two Midwestern mayors”, Axios reported.

“She’s a Never-Trumper b/c he called out her dad on his backstabbing.”

Yep. And her mama is one of TPTB in AZ organizing against Trump. When PDJT was campaigning and pointing out McCain’s indiscretions and crimes, her own indiscretions and crimes were exposed — drug addiction, theft, and I don’t know what else.

Just so you know, your name, Sauropod, is “용각류” in Korean. The word is “yonggaglyu”.

I downloaded an extension that randomly turns words into Korean so I can learn them.
