Here is something that you did not know: On July 29, 1944, the Russians had reached just east of Warsaw, Poland. The army was ordered by Stalin to halt. What has NOT been published was that the Russian army could have marched easily to Berlin, Germany, right then. Hitler became emboldened by the halt of the Russian army.
