I wonder business they can be liable for other issues.

Family member is still waiting on Religious Exemption decision they submitted on Oct 1 (corp. deadline) and has provided additional information (corp. deadline)—very invasive questions!! January 1 is the date of termination if they are non compliant and they have gotten no help from the department or HR. Just “pending.”

Might be nice to have a little notice in order to be able to pay bills like auto loans, student loans, rent, food, etc.

Just a great company/SARC
