This is the moment a so-called Karen trespassed into a family's home in Chicago to complain about the noise of their Christmas party - only to be quickly thrown out by furious family members.
The video, posted on TikTok by user Katy Ileana, shows a family delighting in Christmas celebrations as they open presents in their kitchen on the evening of December 24, as is traditional for many Hispanic Americans.
Suddenly, a grey haired, bespectacled woman enters through the kitchen door with her arms in the air and says: 'Can I ask you guys to shut it down?
'It's about ten after eleven!' the woman exclaims, pointing at her watch as the stunned family looks on, completely taken aback by her audacity.
After the moment of utter disbelief, one female member of the family steps towards the woman and declares: 'You are not welcome here. Get out of my house right now!'
The trespasser, quickly realizing her mistake, turns hastily to leave before a second family member steps up to support her relative.
Shouts of 'what?!' and ''in the house?!' can be heard from other family members, as the Karen is swiftly ushered back out of the door by the enraged women.
Ileana said the woman threatened to call the police.
Ileana told DailyMail.com: 'It was my aunt's house where this occurred.
'She barged in to tell to us to quiet down and stop our festivities.'
'She began to argue and yell at my family members who escorted her out and threatened to call the cops on us.
'She didn't spoil the party but definitely left an uncomfortable vibe. I definitely felt like she was putting a damper on the Christmas spirit.'
'The woman is my aunt's neighbor. We meet yearly at my aunt's to celebrate Christmas and

Did they light off fireworks at midnight, I wonder.
No figgy pudding for you, either!
What is happening in this country?
Note to self:
Start up the “Trespassers will be Shot” sign assembly line asap.
Paul wrote about Karen’s when he talked about young widows.
I don’t see a real problem with the lady asking them to turn down their noise. Maybe she should have waited till midnight, but she was very polite.
Hey Karen, you voted to allow them to walk across the border.
Go Brandon yourself with a wire-brush.
Walking through somebody’s door uninvited is not polite.
This “Karen-ing” is gonna get some pushy bytch’s head handed to her. They’ll go too far with the wrong people and get decked and I can’t wait.....
This story is why anything short of a nuclear blast can’t be heard by my nearest neighbor
We’re being systematically dismantled, that’s what happening. The common bond that Americans shared is gone. Replaced by tattle-tales, Karens, and criminal inner-city thugs.
In Chicago i would think it was attempting suicide
I think the problem was more that she walked inside the house without being invited in. I would not have a problem with her asking, but...having her appear there must have been unsettling.
A friend lives in a neighborhood with a lot of Yemenis. His neighbors will regularly blast Arab “pop music” until 3 AM in their backyards while BBQing a goat.
I like many things about the hispanic culture. I have several such neighbors right now. However, it is often the truth that
A. The majority of them like their music quite loud, at least for a few ‘favorite’ songs.
B. Something surprising: Many hispanic families do not show the same ‘reverence for the night’ that most black and white families do. What do I mean?
I mean instead of becoming quieter when outside at night, some can have the exact same volume at 2AM that they would have at 2PM in the afternoon. I hear it in their children too, and the children are usually not shushed.
I have learned to deal with it, for the most part. The night noise usually doesn’t last that long.
This Lady should not have invited herself inside, but I’m just guessing, she had already tried knocking on the front door, but her knocks were drowned out by the lively music.
Instead of uniting in booting the ‘bothersome lady’ out of their presence, the family should have simply turned the music down. That’s all she wanted.
The people who feel you should do what they want you to do are emboldened by the “Covid Era” ... And there are a ton of them.
I’m with you. And Ten p.m. is the latest loud music is acceptable on any night — let alone what is meant to be the most serene evening of the year.
I bet you start your leaf blowers before 8 am.
I’m with Karen on this.
People are so rude.
Loving your neighbor is probably the hardest commandment to obey.
