There was a golfing group of our church choir. During a thunder storm 5 were involved in a lightning strike. Only one survived.

years ago i got caught in lightning rain storm on golf course only shelters were metal. i laid down in a low spot away from trees etc, until it passed and got soaked but not hit. it was warm and in hawaii so i didnt catch cold..liquid sunshine..
i heard of kids on a slightly raised pitching mound getting hit
