I think it is advisable to do a lot of research on supplements before imbibing but that they are generally far better for people than anything Big Pharma puts out.

Just don’t buiy crap stuff is my take. Stick with Lugol’s or a good Nascent Iodine. If the C60 product seems cheap, it is. Specials Note: The product Good and Cheap C60 is actually pretty good.

I strongly second that motion, esp. in regards to minerals or vitamins. Too much of something can be actually dangerous, put body chemistry out of balance, etc.
