Biden’s Dementia Act is getting old....still handy to keep troublesome questions away. If he really had dementia, he’d act demented when answering questions about his sinking polls.

I do believe he has some sort of memory issues, while at other times he is more lucid. Does dementia come in waves and fits and starts? I also believe that he has told so many self-aggrandizing lies that he can’t tell truth from fiction.
