Omicron sweeps across nation, now 73% of new US COVID cases

NEW YORK (AP) — Omicron has raced ahead of other variants and is now the dominant version of the coronavirus in the U.S., accounting for 73% of new infections last week, federal health officials said Monday.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention numbers showed nearly a six-fold increase in omicron’s share of infections in only one week.

In much of the country, it’s even higher. Omicron is responsible for an estimated 90% or more of new infections in the New York area, the Southeast, the industrial Midwest and the Pacific Northwest. The national rate suggests that more than 650,000 omicron infections occurred in the U.S. last week....

...CDC’s estimates are based on thousands of coronavirus specimens collected each week through university and commercial laboratories and state and local health departments. Scientists analyze their genetic sequences to determine which versions of the COVID-19 viruses are most abundant.

On Monday, the CDC revised its estimate for omicron cases for the week that ended Dec. 11, after analyzing more samples. About 13% of the cases that week were from omicron, not the 3% previously reported. The week before, omicron accounted for just 0.4% of cases.

I’ve been on that regimen since last March, but still was forced into the jab. Thankfully I also had Ivermectin on hand and took the treatment protocol for that post jab.

I cannot understand how folks who read these articles in here have not sourced Ivermectin as an insurance policy of sorts.

Just had a friend who when thru something similar. Flu with negative Covid test mutated into Covid after a week. Luckly, she was didn’t need to get vented and was discharged. The normal severe asthma retinue worked for her. O2, antibiotics, nebulizer treatments and steroids.

There were a handful of cases in South Africa very mild, nothing to worry over. Then in about two weeks OH MAH GAWD we have omicron taking over the world! Oh gosh shut down the world, get more jabs and then more jabs, slap on masks 24/7 if you can, shun your family and friends because OMG OMICRON!

I will not trust my life to an experimental set of "Vaccines" where the manufacturers have been given a pass on liability by lying about a perfectly good, NO GREAT, prophylactic cure called Ivermectin that has been shown to cure this bad case of the flu. They lied about it because they would have lost their EUA if the truth had been stated about Ivermectin.

It has been posted here on FR several times over the past year. To the best of my recollection the CDC manages it.

So if you’re going to be cynical in the extreme I guess you won’t believe anything in print, but there are some citations that I could go digging for if you insist.

You could also do a little searching yourself.

In the end I guess you’ll have to take it on faith that the CDC (or whoever) does this and reports the truth.

I just stated what I recalled reading here on FR more than once.

Sorry to hear...I've seen people get tested NEG..then two day's later tested POS. There are protocols ..for MCB's...but that seems to be a moving target also.
