This one: golden.
That was great! I bought a 2008 Impala and got over 300k miles with really no problems. Decided to buy a new one and they have quit making them? Bought a 2020 (new) the last year they made them.
That is one loooooong ad.
Back in the mid-80s I lived in Jacksonville Fl. Lots of performance cars on the market due to Naval personnel getting transfered. There was a 1967 4-speed Implala with the original 427 engine. Car was advertised as being original and in good shape, and not a lot of money considering. At the time I lived in an apartment and didn’t want to try and keep a collectable car in the parking lot. Lots of older Corvettes and other muscle cars on the market also.
Over three million views in a week? Wow!
Shows how good 4 minutes of video can be. Minimal talking, quiet guitar and good acting!
Kudos
What a great ad!
I was just shocked there was a white guy in it.
My late brother had a 1964 Chevy Impala, similar to the 1966 in the video and the same color but not a convertible. He couldn’t drive it - because he was blind due to macular degeneration. But he could see well enough that he would “drive” it out of his carport to the street and back in, a back and forth total of about 25 yards. He loved that car!

Yep!
we were watching a little you tube presentation about Steve Largent and THAT made my husband tear up....so you can imagine our reaction to this beautiful video...
They were great cars.....I know because when I bought my 1969 (Nov 1969) Chevelle I knew I'd. Never sell it. I didn't, cause it's in my garage right now. Had it completely restored in 2004.
Thanks for wrecking me.
