Fact is, he pointed a gun at someone and was fooling around with it somehow.
Both no-no’s.
If he had not pointed the gun at her, she’d still be alive, even if it “accidentally “ went off.
Who else besides Baldwin pulled the trigger?
I am still in “It was an accident” mode.
I can’t see anyone trying to commit murder or mayhem because there was a fair chance that Baldwin would not have fired the revolver.
Partially? He pulled the trigger.
Gutierrez Reed is quoted in the search warrant for Baldwin’s cell phone as saying she was “hardly allowed on the set” due to COVID restrictions.
It is as much an accident as the Kim Potter case. Neither one meant to kill anyone. Only one seems to feel any guilt about it.
How did these restrictions determine who was where when? Why didn't we hear about the restrictions earlier?
the armorer and ad should take blame for this
and alec as exec producer should also take blame for it, he hired an incompetent crappy armorer to save money on the production
xutting corners got someone killed and that falls on alec
he hired incompetents, and he believed them when they said the gun was filled with proper ammo
actors are idiots and i dont trust an actor to tell the difference between blank rounds and live ones
they all have levels of guilt and blame

Question really is “why did Baldwin point the gun and shoot when no shot was in the scene being shot”?
