The terms 'Birdable' and 'Bird Bath' really mean 'Byrdable' and 'Byrd Bath' which refers to the Byrd Rule, that funding bills must not contain standalone, unrelated legislation.
Privilege Scrub also has meaning.
Now don't get me wrong, this lush is mangling the English language.... just not in the way we might initially think.
