This reminds me of the story of a woman who belittled and harangued her husband constantly. She went out in the field where he was working and delivered his lunch and started in on him as usual. While she was ranting, the mule reared back and kicked her in the head with both feet and killed her.
At the funeral the pastor noted after the service people would come up to him and offer condolences. To the women he always nodded in affirmative way but to the men it was always a negative side to side head movement. The pastor asked him after the people departed what that was all about. The man replied how nice the missus looked in her funeral dress and I agreed. The men all asked if my mule was for sale and it definitely was not.

In a former occupation, I worked for a bank and we reviewed financial documents.
One client sent in her husband's death certificate.
"Suicide by drinking battery acid".
We said "No way! She must have killed him!"
Then we saw her driver's license photo.
We agreed with the coroner.
Suicide.
