There is a proper way to eat Lutefisk.
First you put butter on it.
Then you put Maple Syrup on it.
Next you put some honey on it.
Then you throw it in the garbage and go get a Big Mac.

I had lutefisk a couple of times in Norway, don’t think I’ll do it again, and I will also pass on the pinnekjøt. I would like a few bottles of the Christmas beer though.
