We live in NC.
We ignore the mask requirements except at certain doctors offices.
But I had to go to the DMV this week. They had someone at the door stopping anyone without a mask.
Not only was he wearing a mask, but also a dress.
Here is Nashua, NH I was confronted by a another customer (a twenty something woman) in a California Burrito about me not wearing a mask last July. I told her it was my choice not to wear one. If she was afraid she should stay home and not leave her house. The rest of the people in line and the employees smiled at me and had my back.
Also, here in Nashua, about 4 months ago I was in a local grocery store. The manager asked me if I had a mask. I said no. He very politely asked me if I would mind wearing one. He was very apologetic about it. He even called over to the service desk and they gave me one. So, I complied because he asked me nicely.
I went to my doctors office yesterday for my yearly physical. After checking in they gave me a mask to wear throughout my entire time in their building. The only time I took it off was when the doctor shined his light into my mouth. I took it off as soon as I walked out of the building.
I believe that in Bloomington. I think the city still has a mask mandate even if you are walking on the street.
I live about a mile outside Atlanta city limits. Still seeing way too many people with face diapers. Still chokes me up seeing little kids wear them. Terribly sad
I am in TX, and...rarely see masks.
The strange thing is the majority of mask wearers that I do see....are the 30 - 40 yr old (and, younger 😩) group.
Or driving alone in their own car wearing one! Must be cutting off oxygen to the brain, or just liberal and never had one in the first place.
Totally exploitable. Just sayin’. 😏
Not at all. The greeter in Walmart has sanitizer and masks available - we just say “hi” and walk on by. However, we’ve noticed that the percentage of people wearing masks in our local Walmart has gone up over the past 2 weeks. It was perhaps 20% now it’s more like 70%. Omicron fear I guess.
No. We’re just living our lives out here in AZ.
No.
No one’s ever said anything about me not wearing a mask. I attribute that to the look I have on my uncovered face when I have to go out among maskers. It’s a “don’t even think about it” kind of thing.
‘COVID paranoia has truly set in, and the DEMs bank on that.’
how does covid fearmongering benefit the dems at this point, since they control the federal apparatus and the covid responses, which they know (sane) people will resent...?
if I had been elected as a dem president, the first thing I would have done is proclaim a federal mask burning holiday, and made a televised speech urging everybody to get back to normal, immediately...instead, dems are pushing doom and gloom, and they will pay dearly in another 11 months at mid term elections...
MASKS DON’T WORK!
Nope - signs up but not a word.
I traveled to Orange County doing some work like July of last year. Headed to Wally’s for some supplies, and as I’m checking out, the checker asks me if I need bags. So I’m thinking it’s an upsell or something and he explains he’s asking if I want him to bag my stuff. So I’m thinking “Duh! Yes, of course I want you to bag my stuff!”, when he mentions I need to buy the bags. I explain my confusion by telling him I’m just in CA for work and live in a free state (AZ).
‘...their property, their rules.’
not really, not their rules at all, unless they are stupid enough to dream up rules requiring customers to shut off normal breathing while shopping om their property, in which case they would be bankrupt in a year...
the only good reason to accede to their masking requests is to prevent them from getting in trouble with the state; for that reason, I will wear a plastic face shield, as I will under no circumstance (except for the damned doctor’s offices) wear a face diaper across my breathing apparatus...
They have Dominion & the ballot printers covering that.
Walked into a Shop & Save, and was astounded by the number of people not wearing a mask in Tom Wolfe PA.
Westmoreland County is more Texas, than Dallas, Austin or Houston.
Big cities in every state are demonRAT controlled and feed the 'plantation slaves' with taxpayer money.
Fourth generation welfare breeders, no known fathers, babies either aborted {paid for by the state} born, supported by the state, will continue to vote for their sugar daddy demonRAT politician.
Vote for me, get mo' money.
When the people get out of the cities and the gimmiedat mentality, they realize moral values are real.
Big cities are they death of civil discourse.
