Riboflavin is a common B vitamin. The active form of it is “R-5-P,” which is also available as a supplement.
A time release form of a B complex with this in it is a supplement we take, called “Igennus Super B-Complex – Methylated Sustained Release B Complex.” There may be others, but as the study notes, riboflavin is normally quickly eliminated from the body.
