A person familiar with the matter suggested Wallace may be jumping to CNN Plus, the new streaming-video service slated to launch early next year. Spokespersons for CNN could not be recached for immediate comment. Fox News last announced a contract extension for Wallace in 2017, and his current agreement with Fox News is believed to have come to an end.

Bret Baier, John Roberts, Shannon Bream, Martha MacCallum, Neil Cavuto, Dana Perino and Bill Hemmer are among the network’s news staffers who are likely to take the Sunday seat in weeks to come, according to a person familiar with the matter. “We are extremely proud of our journalism and the stellar team that Chris Wallace was a part of for 18 years. The legacy of ‘Fox News Sunday’ will continue with our star journalists, many of whom will rotate in the position until a permanent host is named,” the network said in a statement.

Headed to Palookaville.
“Before I stopped watching FauxNews (November 4, 2020 at about 3:30am) I would just mute it when an idiot came on.”
You must be speaking about Geraldo.
Trump’s huge ego got him to the Presidency but it also made him able to refuse to see how harmful such behaviors were to him in that office.
The propaganda media broadcast only snippets that made Trump look bad. Their viewers never knew how much Trump was in command of the room but they saw over and over how “unpresidential” he could look and, dishonestly, how he told people to drink bleach to help get over Covid. They are still lying about that.
....submitting my two-cents worth....but Comrade Wallace, don’t let the door hit you on your frikkin’ liberal ass on your way out....you and CNN - a perfect match....your lips on Zucker’s butt.......... (sorry for the crudity but I still chafe at his miserable performance as moderator during that painful presidential debate [sic]....)
There are several you tubers that do true crime.
Mr Ballen is one.
This is my shocked face.
He’s finally leaving for a network that deserves a stupid libtard like him 🤪
“Haven’t watched FOX since October 2020,”
Wow. You beat most of us by one month when we ditched it November 4. What was it that clued you in to their problems?
i just don’t find Dana terribly insightful.
Newsmax went to the dark side a while ago. They have a couple good people, but not many — like Fox.
Newsmax was the first station to refer to Biden as President-Elect. I think they even beat the MSM on that one.
Well, honestly, can’t say that I do either. :)
Since I don’t watch ANY of the “Sunday” shows, I could care less that Wall-ass is leaving. He was simply the Fox version of Chuck Todd, or Jake Tapper. There was no point in watching his show.
“They may try to run him as a conservative for a while, but I don’t think it will work.”
He is, however, very good as a fake conservative. No doubt CNN found that to be a valuable skill.
Yep, they are communist vomit swallowers.
I’m talking about quite a few people, including him.
Thanks for the info. So Newsmax and FOX are basically on the dark side now, so I will tread carefully with both.
The final straw for me was the 1st Presidential Debate last year, moderated by Wallace.

All of those substitutes, possibly excluding Bill Hemmer, are anti-Trump RINOs.
So don’t expect the bias to change much on that show.
I had to scroll thru my comments, on Oct 2, 2021 I wrote:
“I went OAN yesterday, like it. I had to hard wire the internet to my TV because my wireless router’s signal was too weak. Also enjoying watching NewsMax.
Three strikes - Melissa Francis telling Newt not to discuss Soros. 2) Chris Wallace 3) John Roberts.”
I cut off Verizon in 2020 in favor of local cable followed by cutting off FOX after they showed their bias in the open.
