Court Filing, FDA Wants to Wait Until Current Generation Dies Before Releasing Documents Detailing Vaccine Approval
A simple question should be posed to the FDA about their vaccine authorization position:
“How does a person give ‘informed consent‘ when the information is withheld?“
The FDA took a grand total of 108 days to decide the Pfizer vaccine was safe, given the data shared with them by the pharmaceutical company. The same FDA is now saying they need 75 years to provide the public with the same data.
Do you honestly believe any article that just screams “debunked, debunked, debunked” at you? There is NO refutation of his arguments, nothing bu ad hominem attack. It’s a useless millennial “journalist” hit piece.
Why don’t YOU provide some solid, evidence-based, scientific refutation of his arguments instead of providing useless hit pieces by leftist Forbes as your argument?
I'm open to being convinced that this doctor is right or totally wrong. But that Forbes article was really weak. They didn't discuss the actual science even for a sentence. They even referred to the lab leak theory as a conspiracy theory which means they haven't read the news in the past month at all. Even the Washington Post has walked that claim back.

Let me get this straight. Back when the vax was introduced we were told to take two shots and the virus would go away, many believed. When Fauci and company told us we will lockdown for two weeks to “flatten the curve” and the infection will be over, many believed. When we were told this is now a disease of the unvaxxed, many believed. Then we were told we need a third booster to stop the virus, many believed. And when we were told the jab is absolutely safe, many believed (except the 1,000,000 reporting serious adverse effects to CDC VAERS). And then we were told the Delta variant has caused all of this, and many believed. Many with compromised immune systems were told by their doctors to take the shot for protection and many believed (it turned out to be a lie). Now, we are being told it is Omnicron, and many will believe this hoax. We are being told (almost six months later) that the shots wear off quickly and we will need a fourth booster. And, by the way, even though all those previous claims about the vax protection were wrong, take the vax and you will not get as sick. Many believe.
Now, you believe what you wish. I’m not that stupid. I don’t believe!

Daniel Stock, M.D., breached his duty of care to Violet Huggins by failing to act with the degree of skill possessed and exercised by a reasonably careful, skillful and prudent practitioner of general practice/family practice medicine treating such maladies under the same or similar circumstances. The court ordered a judgement of $774K for the Huggins.

That Forbes article make tons of assertions. It also offers no facts or data and cites no scientific research.
It makes the claim, for example that ivermectin is useless as a treatment for Covid 19. That is utterly ridiculous.
