I aimed to maintain 146. The advent of COVID and my wife's completely unreliable work schedule has destroyed any semblance of controlled eating schedules. I'm holding between 153 and 154 now. The 32/30 Wrangler jeans still need a tight belt. I'm 5 ft 11 in. 14.7% fat. It's a constant challenge to keep it controlled.

I hear that. I get up at 5, go to work at 7, and I eat when I get home at 4. I never eat or drink after dark. I have weighed the same as I did in high school all my life!

I agree with you and have done so for one year. A1C was 6.6 which is now 5.2. Lost 40 pounds and discontinued 5 (all) medications. All numbers are good.

My raccoons eat only when it is dark.
Right now they is gonna sleep for 2000 hours.
None of them have diabetes.
