Hmmmm. . . Suspect arrested--no name, no description. Wouldn't that be public information, when someone is arrested?
If suspect were, say, white, that would also be in the headline, no?
I can't put my finger on why this reporting pattern--these days, it's really as random a format as a rumor, isn't it?--is so quirky. Anyone have any ideas? (And this is FOX.)

For those not from Chicago - Chinatown is right on the edge of the ghetto - big housing project right down the Main Street [Cermack]. Crime has always been high, especially at the Chinatown L Station.
Usually it is robbing the store owners - this was a murder in the middle of the day.
