My diet consists of all three....WHOLE milk, eggs & red meat. Also eat lotsa vegies, no soda and no snacks (chips & sh**). I'm 77, 114 lbs, 5'3" BP 120/65...and I get up from my computer when ever I get a fresh cup of coffee and walk around the rooms accumulating one mile every day.
If the weather is nice...I go to the store and walk around some more.
It's not JUST about eating.
