I have been taking grape seed extract for nearly 18 years. After a study came out roughly 13 years ago, I contacted the author to get the equivalent dosage for humans. I took it and what looked like a basal cell carcinoma peeled off my shoulder over two weeks (unintentionally, as I was really trying it to see if it was harmless for a relative, but I knew the spot was there and had picture of it for a future doctor’s visit, then took a picture of it after it dissolved).
I took a similar amount another time, just four years ago.
I believe it is worth taking at least a standard daily supplement, of which ours is 400 mg.

Just hearing that phrase “Old Mice” is amusing.
A black velvet painting with different kinds of rodents smokin’ drinkin’ and playing poker.

C.M. I have this, but my understanding was that it was for things like GI Tract problems and diarrhea. I will take another look at it!1
Does it affect drug clearance in the liver like grapefruit? (They warn people taking some medications to avoid grapefruit.)

See post #12.
It appears possible, but not certain, according to the NIH.

I’ve been taking it for around 40 years. No flu bug got me and no meaningful cold all of that time. Just found out that Costco is no longer selling it.

Thanks! Well, I have been taking Nattozine as a blood thinner, so I need to think about it before starting to use it again. I have also been using Grapeseed oil for cooking!
